When I first started teaching, four years ago, I believed that giving all the information and material I thought they needed to know.
However, over the years I experienced a series of realizations, this spoon-feed method is not going to work in most of the time, especially if the student has no concept or interest towards the subject.
All these experiences had led me to my current approach to teaching. I tend to ask a series of questions to lead the student to discover the concept and facts themselves rather than tell them the answer.
This method has helped my previous students score well in their PMR & SPM (most of them scored A in their examination).
